Alex Mou, President, Palmstar Research
Dr. Mou has more than 10 years of software product development and engineering management in Silicon Valley for mobile devices such as PDA, mobile phone and digital camera. He is currently the president of Palmstar Research, providing consulting services in wireless application development. He is also an adjunct professor at University of Sciences and Technology of China and Santa Clara University in California, USA. Prior to Palmstar, he was the CEO and Co-founder of Pilotweb Inc, a PDA software company, which was acquired by fusionOne Inc in 1999. Before that, he worked as software engineer in Vxtreme, Sun Microsystems and Xerox. Previously, he had 7-year research experience and was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University. Dr. Mou earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Paris and graduated from University of Sciences and Technology of China with a BE.

Peter Wang, Chairman & CEO, China Quantum Communications
Mr. Wang has more than 20 years of experience in communication equipment and services with strong background in corporate management, operation, and R&D. As an entrepreneur, he has successfully co-founded and built ventures in US, United Medical, World Communication Group, and China Quantum Communications. He co-founded and successfully built Unitech Telecom, which later became UTStarcom (NASDQ: UTSI). Prior to his entrepreneurial career, he worked at AT&T Bell Labs and Racal-Milgo Information System. He is a co-chairman of Business Advisory Council of The National Republican Congressional Committee. Mr. Wang has a B.S. in Math & Computer Science and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois, as well as a M.B.A in Marketing from Southeast-Nova University.

Roger Liao, Partner & Vice President, Acer Technology Ventures
Mr. Liao is a Partner and Vice President of Investments at Acer Technology Ventures. He currently involved with several companies in the role as board director or advisor. Before joining Acer Technology Ventures, Mr. Liao was the Senior Executive of Acer's wireless datacomm operation in the US. Prior to that, he was a consultant in sales and marketing, strategic alliance, investment, and business development between Silicon Valley and Asia. Mr. Liao was an entrepreneur and co-founded a couple of companies in mid 80s and early 90s. He also spent several years in development positions at Computer Research Corporation, and Ungermann-Bass. His experience covers engineering, manufacturing, business development, and sales and marketing. He received his BSEE degree from National Taiwan University and MSEE degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York.
